There is no single approach that is right for everyone. I tailor my practice to each individual client and their families and use a variety of integrative therapies, including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and the Benson and Henry Mind and Body Institute’s Education Initiative (Stress Management and Building Resiliency in Youth).
